We are excited to have you as our customer. Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns once the package is opened. If you received the wrong order please let us know immediately and do not open the soap. Once you open the product, we can not accept it for return or refund. Our soap products are very personal items and we are sure you understand why we can not accept returns. 

We encourage our customers to try an allergy patch test prior to use as we do not accept returns due to allergic reactions to our products or damage during shipping. Each item for sale has key ingredients listed for your reference on the website and on the package.
